1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes:

3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, nationwide, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your package’s journey to your door.
5. Order Packaging
Every BN Signature piece is carefully inspected and packaged in protective materials before dispatch, ensuring your product arrives in perfect condition.
6. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
