1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging, including dust bag and tags (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or monogrammed products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order. For defective or damaged items, contact us directly and we will arrange a free exchange.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card issuer, as processing times may vary
